Hello, to whom it may concern!
My intention of writing you today is to inform you of a recent fraudulent scam that I fell victim of, regarding the company, Jerseymion, which states on their website their main office is located at 72 Greene St, New York, NY 10012.
On January 9, 2020, I purchased from Jerseymion a PlayStation 4 game called Cyberpunk 2077, as a gift for my son. I paid $45.94 with PayPal for the video console game that was originally scheduled for the release date of April 16, 2020 which has pushed forward to releasing on September 17, 2020. Shortly after purchasing the game, I received an email from [email protected] address with a tracking number for the package. I replied back to the email stating that I was surprised they were shipping the product already as it had not been released yet. The company never responded after a couple attempts of replying back to this email.
When I used the tracking number, I discovered that the product was delivered to somebody else and I never received the product. With this said, I filed a dispute with Paypal and they declined my claim stating the product was delivered. Frustrated with this outcome, I went online and discovered a public forum in which one publisher clearly identifies how Jerseymion is scamming people. Attached, you will be able to review this information of their scamming strategy and learn how they get away with it.
I am hopeful that you may be able to help me in some way in receiving the actual product when it releases in the future or assist me with a refund from this company, Jerseymion. Please know that I look forward to your response and greatly appreciate your assistance.
